Every Formex watch comes with an international guarantee card

FORMEX WATCH SA grants a warranty of two years for there watches. The granted warranty applies without prejudice to the statutory warranty claims. It extends only to defects which are due to material or manufacturing defects. Except the warranty are damages which are carried by improper application or accidental damages as well as to the loss or to abrasion trough wearing to cases, bracelet, straps, glass and battery. The period begins with the first sale to the final consumer.

For repairs within the guarantee period, send the watch to the dealer where the clock was purchased or to one of our service center. The original sales receipt with the date of sale and the fully completed, and thus valid guarantee card is to add at this shipment!

The sending cost basically carries the buyer, the return sending cost the service centre. For cross border customs and expense however, CHF 20.00 is charged for the packaging and transport costs. This amount is to attach to the shipment. We not assume liability for the loss on the transport routes of return, unless it can be demonstrated that the delivery is correctly passed to the forwarder.
